Our Online Refund Policy
4 easy steps to return your online purchase (Custom units can not be returned)
- Return the cooktop cover using the shipment method of your choice.
- Pack the cooktop cover in its original packaging. Any slight variation can cause damage or scratching to the piece and could invalidate your return. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number.
- Pay the return shipping. Pay the Insurance fee. Affix the shipping label over the original shipping label on the box.
- Ship the cooktop cover to: WHM Holding Corporation, 8311 Brier Creek Pkwy, Suite #152, Raleigh, NC 27617
Upon receipt and inspection of the cooktop cover, we will issue a refund (less the original shipping and handling cost, $25) to your PayPal account. We can not refund to a credit card account.
